Absolutely love the decor and standard of furniture, fixtures and fitting of this beautifully refurbished Georgian house. Extremely well decorated and furnished, spacious, with a large bar area, large restaurant with linen tablecloths, and a separate dining area for four-legged friends. Good to know that pets are welcome and are catered for, but those without pets can dine in a separate area. Bedroom (No. 7) was beautifully furnished, spacious with very comfy super king size bed and lovely walk-in shower room with a hot powerful shower. We didn't dine in the restaurant in the evening but we both had a scrumptious breakfast in the morning. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly, efficient and attentive. Finally, the price for B&B for two was very reasonable. What's not to like ??? Highly recommended !!!

A quaint and beautifully decorated cottage with such thoughtful finishing touches and colour schemes. We had a very comfy stay on a rainy night, the place warmed up very quickly with heaters. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and we enjoyed the fresh eggs. We loved the privacy most, having purchased ingredients to make dinner in the local Co op just up the road, we made dinner and breakfast and liked being somewhere so peaceful. We would definitely stay again, using it as a good stop off point between Blackpool and Sutherland. Would love to know what colour blue the kitchen was painted, inspiration for home? Thank you Neil and Kathryn for being perfect hosts and we will be back in the future.

    Perfect location, just off the main High Street but down a side street away from the hustle and bustle of it. Booked the room really late at night and host was very nice to let me do that as my back was too sore to drive home 20 miles away (was out for a friends’ meal) room and bathroom spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable! Room has a tv with sky, a kettle, tea/coffee/water etc so ideal. If I only afford to stay here every time I was visiting my friend on a Saturday night! Thanks Dan!

    Seamore House is in an ideal location just off the motorway. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The bed is probably the most comfortable we have ever slept in on our travels. The sweets and drink in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast was substantial with a huge choice of food. Lisa was very welcoming, and we would stay there again whenever we are next in Moffat.
