A very friendly owner, great location, easy parking, very clean, but very basic guesthouse. Bed was very comfortable, but there were no surfaces to put things on, there was a small table with tv & kettle on. Would have been better to have tv on wall, another bedside table, a hook on the door for coats & some hand wash rather than the tiny box soap would have made the stay more comfortable. The room was very clean complete with a large ensuite. The owner Tracey very helpful and ensured that our stay was perfect.
