Its size, location and space. Having a garden was an absolute bonus. The cottage was well stocked and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The owner let us know that we could check in early which was great. Great location with bus stop nearby to Hull or Withernsea. Local village was good with a nice pub. Could easily have spent longer there! We will be back

What a lovely little spot, beautifully presented clean and everything was easy to find/use, key collection was easy and the host were communicative and helpful, kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was nice and powerful, a great location for trips into Hull and for trips to the coast, all in all a great spot worth a visit.

Well what a great apartment and place to stay this is Right on the seafront. The apartment was excellent and the hosts very nice and welcoming and helpful. The lounge at the front looks out over the seafront and beach, with fantastic views out to sea and along the coast from its bay windows. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs and good sized table. The apartment has two bedrooms both reasonably sized and comfortable. One of the bedrooms is at the back of the apartment and looks out over a lovely & beautifully kept garden. The kitchen is well appointed clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. The whole apartment was very clean and well maintained and comfortable. The property is well positioned in regard’s to access to the town centre and leisure amenities & lovely walks along the promenade.
