    The property is excellent, fitted out to a very high standard with lots of interesting items. The location is very quite with a nice view over fields. Angela, the host, brought a lovely, fresh breakfast to us.

    Perfect location for visiting Kedleston Hall and Derby. Easy to find. Plenty of secure, off-road parking. Friendly owners. Huge apartment, homely & cosy. Very quiet. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent continental breakfast. Lovely local pub within 5 mins walk serving super food.

    Our stay was brilliant and definitely exceeded expectations. The property is huge and beautifully decorated, and Angela was incredibly welcoming and helpful (she even ironed my boyfriend’s shirt for him!). We were attending a wedding at Kedleston Country House so the location was perfect for us.
