The pre-arrival and arrival experience was exceptional. Victoria and James are amazing hosts and truly want your stay to be as comfortable and memorable as possible. The home baked banana cake was just the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

We were just blown away by the Studio, Katie had thought of everything you could need for a perfect getaway experience, and she was so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we've found anywhere in our travels - we even found two hot water bottles, just in case (not needed). The breakfast provided was just right for us. Our dog, Grace, was in her element, loads of walkies and places to explore. Just wonderful!!

I received a warm welcome when I arrived and had parking reserved for me on the drive. The hosts has thought of everything I might need for my stay including fresh milk and things for breakfast. The space was clean and well-presented. It was the perfect base from which I could visit friends who live locally and I’ll definitely be back again.

Hidden gem close to Melton Mowbray, the hut is immaculate and has everything you need. The owners are very welcoming and the location is beautiful. We have stayed in church house hut twice and will definitely return!

Everything. The lodge was spotless, so warm and cosy and little extras like Molton Brown toiletries and a lovely welcome pack of chocolate, eggs and Prosecco was a lovely touch. Hot tub was warm and everything was perfect.

    Lovely cosy little room in an outbuilding at a pub just a couple of miles off the A1. Ideal for what we wanted as a place to bed down for the night on the way back from London. Lovely bathroom and the packs of biscuits to go with the plentiful tea and coffee for the morning were great. The inclusion of a fridge was a great bonus. Lovely comfy beds. Very powerful shower. The landlady was lovely.

    Room exceptionally clean and welcoming, staff friendly, location is a little out of the way, but we wanted the quiet and isolation. Bed was comfy, bathroom was spotless and well stocked. Very happy.

    The room was well prepared, very clean, good shower, and could be made nice and warm using the radiator (however the thick duvet meant the radiator didnt have to work too hard!). Met the host at check in who showed us to the room and checked if everything was OK with me. Confirmed check out times and we were left to it. Quiet village location with other villages a short drive away.
