We had a fabulous stay here. The annex is comfortable, well equipped, quiet but only a few minutes walk from the town centre and almost opposite the rear entrance to Ayscoughfee Hall (well worth a visit - free). We arrived on a cold day and were really pleased to find the heating had been left on and the annex was toasty warm. Mike and Judy were fantastic hosts, friendly, helpful and offered lots of local information. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely static home, host greeted us and even had, bread, milk, jam and eggs left for us which was great. Towels and toiletries were also available and the place was obviously very new and well kept. Excellent views, quiet coutry setting, my family had a great stay here.

We loved the place its an excellent location and size for a family of 4 to 6 Extremely clean and great shower. Beds are very comfortable and the sitting room is excellent. O couldn't rate this house higher. Excellent value for money

    What's not to like !! ? John was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quirky and luxurious ( bedding particularly ) It was well equipped with thoughtful extras such as milk and fresh fruit. Food in the restaurant was superb. Handy electric charging. Ideal peaceful location for us and though we had intermittent phone signal it was actually a blessing in disguise!! Cannot enthuse enough about this place, it's got it all. 👌

    I stayed third time in this facility and it was excellent, like always. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated room with well equipped, modern kitchenette and lovely outside sitting area. I will be definitely booking again.

    The location is outstanding. The apartment has everything in it you could need and the instruction folder was appreciated. The armchairs were an added bonus, the bed amazing as was the rainfall shower. Excellent host and wonderful pub/restaurant with tasty food.

    Great rural location, in a fabulous setting, the view from the room over the gardens were superb, Nice touches like a fruit bowl, tea and coffee with fresh milk in the fridge, made it all the more special, John was a fabulous, charming and very friendly host, with a great pub too!
