We had an unforgettable stay at this cottage right on the shore of the Zhinvali Reservoir. The location is simply stunning – you step outside, and you’re right by the water, surrounded by mountains and breathtaking views. The property itself is huge, giving plenty of space to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and feel completely private. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedroom and modern bathroom. It felt like a perfect mix of comfort and nature.

The modern rooms are comfortably furnished. With the window open, you'll be woken up by birds and frogs in the morning. It’s very cozy and silent place near a beautiful river. It actually looks better than in pictures and it has a private space. Jacuzzi was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay. I also feel very greatful for their service. I had some struggles with my cat and they facilitated the situation with a lot of compassion, support and understanding.

Highly recommend! The place is located in a village that feels a bit like in the middle of nowhere, you are in the countryside, and there is a big yard in which to just sit and relax. Very close behind the property, there are big beautiful fields which you can take a walk in. When the host found out that one of us staying there had a birthday that day he arranged homemade traditional food to be made for us and we all had a celebration together and connected. As it is a bit higher above sea level it is cooler there in the summer than in other near parts near like Tbilisi or Kakheti, which is a positive. But for us even staying in the warmth of May it was a bit cool in the room during the night, as the door of the room opens up straight to outside, which for some might be something to consider.
