The location is very central but the neighborhood was quiet, the building is new and tastefully decorated, staff is very polite, helpful and really accommodating to our toddler’s needs,breakfast is decent,fast wifi.I only wish we weren’t visiting in winter

Lovely modern and spacious rooms, comfortable beds in a quiet area. We left too early to have breakfast but staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kutaisi!

Great thanks to the hosts! The apartment is very modern, tastefully and cleanly furnished, the equipment is more than sufficient for 2 persons. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome bottle of wine, as well as the coffee machine with a supply of coffee. The hosts were in contact with us the whole time and ready to meet our needs. They arranged a rich breakfast for us, although we had not ordered it! We also thank them for arranging a transfer to the airport on the day of departure. Location of the apartment: within a few minutes you will reach the White Bridge and the Cable Car Station and within 15 minutes you can reach the city center. There are several original Georgian restaurants nearby. We would be definitely very glad to return to the Golden Palace.

Thank you Zaza and Shorena and your family for the warm welcome. We felt at home, like in our family. Thank you Zaza for wonderful tours of non-touristy places, interesting stories and getting to know the city and its surroundings. We liked the lesson on making traditional dishes the most, we had the opportunity to learn how to make traditional chaciapuri and eggplants with nuts, we tasted cornmeal patties and homemade compote, vegetables, mandarins straight from the tree, and we received real bay leaves! Zaza's chacha, wine and cognac are amazing, we are already longing to taste them and we will not hesitate to stay with Zaza and his wonderful family when we return to Kutaisi!

It was exactly as shown in pictures. We loved everything about this place. The space was so thoughtful. On one of the nice sunny days we spent a few hours working from our porch and it was so serene. It was very clean, very well maintained, quiet property but yet still within very close distance to the city centre. 8 mins of walking got us everywhere. The interior was stylish and well designed. The bed was very comfy. We felt rested, like we had a home away from home. The host and staff was so lovely, warm and welcoming. They welcomed us with local wine and snacks and were there for us our entire stay! We must recommend this place 10 stars +++
