You are welcomed with here open arms and a warm heart. I absolutely loved the hospitality and warmth from Maiko. She made sure I had everything I needed for the night that I stayed. The area is calm and very peaceful. I was able recover here from the intense tour I had before checking in. I am a female solo traveler and I definitely recommend this place!

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. The location is very central but the neighborhood was quiet, the building is new and tastefully decorated, staff is very polite, helpful and really accommodating to our toddler’s needs,breakfast is decent,fast wifi.I only wish we weren’t visiting in winter

Lovely modern and spacious rooms, comfortable beds in a quiet area. We left too early to have breakfast but staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kutaisi!

Great thanks to the hosts! The apartment is very modern, tastefully and cleanly furnished, the equipment is more than sufficient for 2 persons. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome bottle of wine, as well as the coffee machine with a supply of coffee. The hosts were in contact with us the whole time and ready to meet our needs. They arranged a rich breakfast for us, although we had not ordered it! We also thank them for arranging a transfer to the airport on the day of departure. Location of the apartment: within a few minutes you will reach the White Bridge and the Cable Car Station and within 15 minutes you can reach the city center. There are several original Georgian restaurants nearby. We would be definitely very glad to return to the Golden Palace.

Thank you Zaza and Shorena and your family for the warm welcome. We felt at home, like in our family. Thank you Zaza for wonderful tours of non-touristy places, interesting stories and getting to know the city and its surroundings. We liked the lesson on making traditional dishes the most, we had the opportunity to learn how to make traditional chaciapuri and eggplants with nuts, we tasted cornmeal patties and homemade compote, vegetables, mandarins straight from the tree, and we received real bay leaves! Zaza's chacha, wine and cognac are amazing, we are already longing to taste them and we will not hesitate to stay with Zaza and his wonderful family when we return to Kutaisi!
