This was by far the most beautiful accommodation we experienced in Georgia. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness, making us feel like part of the family. The house itself is decorated with great taste and has a special charm that makes the stay unforgettable. Breakfast was a highlight — rich, delicious, and full of homemade Georgian specialties that we truly enjoyed. Spending time with the host was a real pleasure, as every conversation felt warm and authentic. It was more than just a stay — it was an experience filled with hospitality, tradition, and heart. We loved everything about our stay. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The bedroom has a cosy, homely feeling. There is so much eye for detail, like fresh flowers. We had a lovely little balcony with beautiful plants. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is delicious! Ekaterine is the best hostess! She is such a sweet, kind person. She helped us with a lot of things during our stay. We loved staying in her guesthouse and would definitely recommend this to everyone. It was our best stay in Georgia. Ekaterine also let us taste her wine, which is really good.

Location 10/10 - the food was one of the best we had in our 3 weeks trip in Georgia . The staff was very friendly, the wine was excellent Loved this place and you can easily stay there 2-3 nights for an entire Kakheti journey

Comfortable, clean room. Lobby is large and is a super place to relax and read in the evenings. The hotel is in a great location in the old town and very close to the excellent Kapiloni restaurant. Sosa owns the hotel and is helpful and friendly.

Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend. The breakfasts were tasty, the bed is very comfortable, we even managed to swim in the pool before the season closed :) Your hotel is a real miracle in Telavi.     My girlfriend and I had an awesome stay in Tsinandali. The bed was super comfy, and the house was spotless and cozy. The location couldn’t have been better. We loved the charming Tsinandali Estate, enjoyed an amazing wine tasting tour, and the local food was delicious. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway!
