This hardworking woman goes beyond her call of duty to ensure you have the best stay. The room is exactly what you see in pictures. Even small niggles are handled with a great aplomb. Zaza and his family made our trip unforgettable, making us feeling like being their sons. They even offered us multiple delicious things (and drinks!) during our dinners at their kitchen. Moreover, Zaza guided us towards the main famous attractions of Kutaisi like Martvili, Okatse and Prometheus Caves. Simply amazing! Ps: try their homemade khachapuri, you won't regret

It was exactly as shown in pictures. We loved everything about this place. The space was so thoughtful. On one of the nice sunny days we spent a few hours working from our porch and it was so serene. It was very clean, very well maintained, quiet property but yet still within very close distance to the city centre. 8 mins of walking got us everywhere. The interior was stylish and well designed. The bed was very comfy. We felt rested, like we had a home away from home. The host and staff was so lovely, warm and welcoming. They welcomed us with local wine and snacks and were there for us our entire stay! We must recommend this place 10 stars +++

First of all, the host is amazing she knows how to put customers at ease. Exchanges with her are very pleasant. She knows how to anticipate customer needs. Her presence is warm and welcoming. The house is very quiet and the terrace is large and allows you to enjoy the soft evenings of Kutaisi while watching the moon. View of Rioni River and Kutaisi. Great elevated neihborhood. The place is decorated with taste and the rooms are comfortable. everything is well built and well thought.
