This really is a great place. First of all rooms are new and everything is neat&clean. Shared bathroom was super, there is a separate toilet with a sink and another separate big shower room. The landlord lady is an incredible host, she lives on the premises and is always there for you and since she is a professional cook, you've got to try her food. She makes you dinner if you like, it was amazing. Communication works over Google translate unless you speak Russian. Entrance is through a local cheap eatery.

Wonderful host family! Very attentive and hospitable. Great location. Very close to the railway and bus station and also in a walking distance from the Dadiani Palace.     I had a wonderful experience staying at this charming little cottage in Zugdidi! The space was perfect for three people, offering cozy accommodations and a warm atmosphere.
