CyprusThe property is highly cleaned. Everywhere was exceptionally cleaned before I got there. And the location is very great. The owner is very kind and helpful. He replies to your messages at any given time of the 24hour clock. They had already provided tea, sugar, soaps, toothpaste and toothbrush including a towel before I got there. I will 100% recommend this property to anybody who would like to have a quietly and cozy place to relax whilst in Sunyani.

The place was so welcoming and already had basic amenities like toothbrush and paste, breakast items and utensil for easy going and welcoming.
we didnt have to go out and get anything
the rooms were spacious

Awesome! True value for money. Very affordable for a two bedroom apartment. I did not expect such a facility in Sunyani. The pictures on booking.com are exact match at the facility. In fact it is one of the best facilities if not the best in Sunyani. I love the place. Self compound. Just a walking distance to town center. Everything was on point. I will definitely choose this facility over any other facility over and over again.
I must say that the environment might not meet your high expectation but the facility itself is perfect.

Rooms were very clean and comfy. Simon the host is a very humble and helpful guy. Was available all the time if you need any assistance.
