We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional attention to detail and the outstanding service throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. George’s food was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious—especially the Seabream and the Caesar salad, which stood out as highlights. Maria, our host, was incredibly kind, attentive, and remarkably helpful. She was always available to assist with organizing our excursions and travel plans. The entire team, including the cleaners and staff, was fantastic. The Prestige Suite we stayed in was unlike anything we had ever experienced. The breathtaking view and the elegance of the property moved my partner Lisa to tears the moment she stepped inside. Even the travel company they work with was wonderful—friendly, informative, and always eager to share fascinating stories about the island. I wholeheartedly recommend Santorini and this incredible place to everyone I meet. It’s truly magical.

Excellent amenities and quality of services. It is true that location is a little bit remote from main cities. However, the island is rather small and in max 50 min you can reach by car the other end of the island - Oia. A car is mandatory if you want to have flexi ility and move faster. The location offers splendid sunsets and view towards caldera and the island. The tranquility offers recharging opportunities after crowd bathing in the caldera touristic villages. Sunset at the lighthouse is very romantic. Nearby, the ancient village of Akrotiri is a stunning experience if you are passionate about history and how people used to live 4 thousands years ago and combine it with a visit to the archaeological museum in Fira. Several nice beaches around, including the famous ones, and quite fast access to traditional villages. Personally we liked Pyrgos village more than the others, probably because is also larger and has more to offer. Also Monolytes beach has a very fine black sand and is nice for swimming, although more remote (near airport) than the others. Very tailored breakfast, from composition, location and hour of service. Also quite tasty. Rooms are large, high quality furnished and minibar is included in the price; toiletries are high quality -Apivita. Congratulations to the owners for transforming an empty piece of land into a real oasis. Thanks to Irini and her team for contributing to a successful start of our 4 days Santorini vacation.

This is a stunning location, off the beaten track. The host did meet us and show us in. Check out was easy just leaving the keys in the door. There is a great Taverna a few steps away. Make use of it they are great people cooking greek family food. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful this place fits the bill. Access to the sea requires a pair of swim shoes as the sea bed is rocky but once your in its great. Stunning sunsets on a beach we had to ourselves. We would definitely return

The staff were the most memorable part of our stay, especially Vasilis. Vasilis was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable providing recommendations and even helping us out by arranging for our laundry to be done in his personal time. The view from our Villa was beautiful and only a short walk to the town of Akrotiri for restaurants and supermarkets. We also enjoyed the included breakfast buffet, which had plenty of variety between hot/ cold and sweet/ savoury breakfast foods.

Amazing hotel, one of the best we've ever stayed in! The views are fantastic, the rooms are lovely - clean, modern and spacious. The staff couldn't do more to help you - especially Sophie and Koyes- thank you! The food was fantastic - breakfast served on your own terrace with those views is spectacular! The evening food is delicious we ate in 3 days as we enjoyed it so much!

We stayed at Elements of Caldera Suites in July and it was truly an experience to remember! We were three – my wife, my eldest daughter and I – in a Superior Suite, which was perfect for us: spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless and with breathtaking views of the Caldera. The staff were outstanding: kind, attentive and always willing to help. Breakfast served on our private terrace was a daily highlight, fresh and plentiful, with the most amazing view. The location in Akrotiri is ideal for those who seek peace and quiet, away from the busy tourist areas, yet close to the main attractions and beaches. Renting a car or quad is highly recommended to explore the island freely. One of the things we loved most was the exclusive area at the hotel entrance, with a panoramic terrace and an open-air cinema. Watching the sunset from there was simply magical – a truly unforgettable experience. In conclusion, Elements of Caldera Suites is a hidden gem for anyone seeking comfort, romance and relaxation in a stunning setting. Our stay exceeded every expectation and we can’t wait to return!

The hotel owner and his wife provided excellent customer service, making our stay even more enjoyable.The view from our room was stunning- we could see the Caldera right from the window. Breakfast was served in our room, which was such a lovely touch. We also visited nearby restaurants, and the owners' even offered free transportation there. One of the most special moments was on my birthday- they surprised me with a cake and wine which was super thoughtful and made the day unforgettable. Our villa was spacious, beautifully designed and came with private pool and breathtaking view. I'll definitely book this same hotel the next time I visit Santorini.

The location is excellent. Renting a car (cheaper) or having reception arrange for transport is needed to get around but on the upside you're away from the most chaotic and touristy areas making it the perfect place for a relaxing experience.

I recently stayed at Potnia Theron in Santorini and it was absolutely perfect. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera and beautifully designed rooms. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and the pool area is ideal for relaxing. What really made my stay special was the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location was exceptional. Caldera view without the crowds and near to the ferry port. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms spotless. It was a lovely start to our Greek holiday.

We went to Santorini for our 5th anniversary. We are so happy that we chose Vineyard Exclusive Suites. Our stay was extraordinary: apartment was very clean, modern and placed in great location. We just loved the pool and comfy bed. Maid service everyday, VERY nice hosts, delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back soon :) if you’re looking for comfortable, modern, and affordable place to stay in Santorini, you should choose Vineyard :)
