Very clean. Nice owners. Great neighbours. Especially Iannis. Thank you for everything. You can get anywhere on the island in around 30 minutes, handy location. Friendly, beautifull little town. Would recommend. Thank you for drinks, fresh fruit and present on arrival. We arrived late when all shops were closed, so thas was amazing to have! Very thoughtful. Plenty of towels, bed linen, all you would need.

Very friendly owners. The apartment was quite spacious and very well equipped. The owners have thought about small details like providing cosmetics, olive oil, spices, etc. There is also a nice tavern in the same building, which is quite convenient. Peaceful and central location for lots of walks and day trips, the host Anastasia was really lovely and can make a really nice breakfast for 8Euros per person. The kitchen has everything you need.

We liked everything about Hotel Elafos. We couldn't have asked for a better place to round off our week long stay on the island. Felicia is the most warm, welcoming and kind host; the breakfasts are superb with a selection of toast and jams, pastries, ham and cheese and bread rolls, yogurt and fruit, fruit juice and a choice of either coffee or English breakfast tea! The room and whole building is a gem. We were so pleased that the period character and charm of the building has been retained throughout. There are lovely walks from the hotel - we hiked to Salakos and back which is really not that arduous and Salakos is a nice village with several pleasant tavernas. We didn't have any private transport and so it was important to find places to eat although Hotel Elafos has a good selection of lunch items and we were able to order a pizza for one of our evening meals.

A fantastic place to stay. The owners can organise anything for you, laundry, car hire, bicycle hire, tickets, tours, bus timetables etc. The rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, good sound insulation between rooms. The bathrooms are large, well ventilated, with soaps, hairdryer, multiple towels and toilet paper. The room has wardrobe with coat hangers and spare pillows, desk, chair, bar fridge, kettle, mugs, coffee, tea and sugar. The balcony is partially inclosed making it private to neighboring rooms, with outdoor table, chairs and washing line to dry swimwear, towels etc. The ground floor has a restaurant which is convenient for getting breakfast lunch dinner or bottles of water/ wine without having to go out and look for somewhere. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, I was sick for a week and they made me home made soups and pastas and brought them to my room! Good wifi, pet cats to pat, walk to beach, or drive 5 mins to local ruins and restaurants, bus stop outside to Rhodes township

The location and the setting were stunning. I love trees and my husband loves the sea so we had the absolute best of both. Being able to sit on our verandah and look through the pretty grounds and see the sea was the absolute best 😍 Also being able to watch the kite surfing was fab. We hadn't realised that the rooms were canvas, wooden lodges until we arrived as some of the pics on Booking.com showed studios as well so this was our mistake, but we were very happy and the feel was very surf and beachy and everything was clean and nicely styled. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was a rainfall shower and had really good water pressure. The staff were so lovely, helpful and chatty and helped with any request. Breakfast was served in the pretty open breakfast area and was fresh and delicious with continental buffett and bacon and eggs on request.

I don’t have enough words to describe our experience at this place! The house is a farm paradise- dogs, cats, goats, hens, home made breakfast, and just in front of an amazing beach with free sunbeds and a lovely taverna. Sandra and Yorgo are so kind, so smily, they showed us the best places to eat and beach. And the last evening they invited us to a barbecue. We don’t want to leave! We want to stay here forever❤️
