The wonderful welcome from Maria the owner when I called at the shop to collect the key. Her enthusiasm when showing us around the studio. Her continued friendliness when we passed her again later in the street and her information about which taverna was the best. (Her description of the meat had us drooling!). She even gave us some of her own grown chestnuts and walnuts when I returned the key. The location of the studio is perfect, close to the bakery, cafes and tavernas. The studio itself is spacious and well equipped for a short stay. The heating was welcome as it was cooler in the mountains. We will be back!

The whole host family are the warmest and most loving hosts we have ever met and their natural grocery store, really organic and home-made, is the crowning glory. The whole village is an insider tip for hikers, especially from February to the end of May.

This place is an absolute gem located in a rural village in the heart of a picturesque area of the Peloponnese. Our host was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was great: local pastries, cappuccinos and eggs made to order. Our family of 6 (plus a baby) stayed one night in early February. We stayed in three rooms, each of which had its own character and charm, and were spotless and beautifully furnished. Within a short walking distance of the hotel was an excellent taverna where we had a memorable meal.

Well. not much to say other than these studios are really lovely. They are relatively new, spotlessly clean and in a really quiet location a little distance from the village centre and probably too far to walk, but anyone who stays here is going to have a car. It's right on the seafront and so quiet at night that all you hear is the sea and a very occasional car. The host is charming and little 'extras' such as coffee, toast, croissants and marmalade for breakfast and a mosquito repellent machine with enough tablets for the stay were really nice touches. There is a lift to all the floors.
