The location to the beach and mini market was fantastic and it was such a lovely little apartment :) George was super helpful and helped me to the apartment with my luggage. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and don’t want to leave! I will definitely be back - thank you! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Glykeria Hotel — a true gem in Crete! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The host was incredible: always available, genuinely kind, and eager to help us with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and even helped us shape our vacation itinerary with local tips and recommendations we wouldn’t have found on our own. What makes this place even more special is that it’s a family-run business with a beautiful history that dates back to the grandparents. Hearing their story added such a personal, authentic touch to our stay. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, with an unforgettable view of the sea — we started each morning with coffee on the balcony, soaking it all in. (Yes, coffee was included in the room, which we really appreciated!) Although breakfast wasn’t included, we happily ate at their restaurant across the street every morning — everything was fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. In fact, we ended up eating all our meals there during our 3-day stay because the food was just that good. Every dish was a highlight, and you could really feel the love and care that went into the cooking. If you’re looking for a peaceful, heartfelt experience in Crete with great hospitality, views, and food — Glykeria Hotel is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

I really liked how peaceful and beautiful the place was. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is great—close to Elafonisi Beach but still quiet and private. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well taken care of. Great spot for a relaxing stay in Crete!

This is one of the most marvelous places I've ever been. Such a quiet place and extremely charming. The studios are built in a way you have privacy. The room is quite big and has everything you need. The bathroom is so beautiful and has a very nice shower. They use such great elements to make the environment more authentic. I particularly liked the old painted closets and the hammocks outside which made you feel very relaxed considering the view and the concert of the crickets. The pool (with it's view on the surrounding mountains) isn't quite big, but definitely enough for cooling down. The owner is an incredible host! He spoiled us with fresh figs, grapes, pastries. Every morning there's this friendly lady coming to ask if everything is okay and if you need something. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Absolutely loved everything about it! Also, it is an excellent location to explore the west side of Crete!

Lovely secluded spot, very private with good amenities but still driving distance to beach spots and restaurants. Nice and cool inside in the hot weather and the pool was really nice.

I arrived before check in time, the place is really close to the station of the the daily public bus from chania. I did not tell my arrival time, but the staff helped me immediately to store my backpack, and I went straight to the Elafonissi beach. I could check in regularly at 14:00. Room is big enough, fully equipped, bathroom brand new, I would say. AC, fridge and coffee kit provided The veranda in front is great for chilling. Resto and mini market at a stone throw.

    Easy to book, the room is spotless clean, the bathroom is beautiful, the owner is amazing and the location is perfect for a couple of nights. Confortable bed and lovely shower.     Everything was great,location very close to marvellous beaches of Kedrodasos and Elafonisi,nothing missing in the flat Netflix included,very confortable,very clean and owners are very kind and they care about every single detail,in the fridge they left Raki, in the kitchen extra virgine oil,some coffee,snacks and butter for breakfast and a lot more!!!

    Location is great to visit Elafonisi and Kedrodasos beaches, just a few minutes drive to get to them. Restaurant is great, with an amazing fish soup and friendly staff. Also, one can see a great sunset everyday, from the restaurant floor. Very clean rooms and spacious free parking.
