Location was very good across the road was the beach.my reservation was for a Family Studio sleep 4 people indicating that had Balcony wirh seaview (I made extra commed to the property just to make sure I had that and since they never answered i assumed it was done) and when I got to the property I was given a Family Studio on the back of the property with a patio - a nice patio never the less- facing a chicken coop!! The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed, lovely view and a very well equipped kitchen. Amazing value for money. The studios are located a short distance from the town in a quiet location with the sea just across the road. The wifi is strong and even worked on the beach.
