Stayed one night with family. Warmly recommended for everyone. Room was super clean and spacious. Absolutely amazingly friendly owners. Excellent location. Room fully equipped with anything you could need. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was super. Lovely tavernas and a beautiful small beach in Finiki.

Finiki Villas exceeded my expectations. The cosy and neat apartment was located just above the beautiful fishing harbor, with it’s small and clean beach. We enjoyed the breakfast in the shade at the terrace facing the sea. The kitchen was basic but clean and functional and provided a huge refrigerator; perfect for storing water. There are several good restaurants in Finiki, the fish ist delicious. The host of Finiki Villas provided best possible service in all matters. And most impressing of all is the heartiness of our host, the staff and the local people. I will return to Karpathos and Finiki.

Breakfast- even it is officially not incl.- was very good; after 2 days I was changed into a room with seeview; rooftop with stunning view over town and harbor; quiet location but just 1min walk into the "center" and the very courteous and generous owner Helen!

We stayed for three nights at the brand-new Sunrise Apartments in Karpathos and had a wonderful experience. We were among the very first guests, and everything felt fresh and modern, with stylish furniture and excellent facilities. The hostess, Anna, was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything, and it offers beautiful views. Free parking is also available, making it even more convenient for those with a car. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, tranquility, and warm hospitality in Karpathos.

The owner was really welcoming and helpful, generously being flexible with check-in/check-out times. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, a kitchenette and bathroom. The location is great being a short walk from the main area in a nice and quiet side street. Definitely recommend !
