The hotel is gorgeous, we loved the design of it! The staff is very friendly and nice, very patient with the kids running around :) The room with a sea view is beautiful, it had all we needed as a family of 3. It was properly cleaned and fresh towels, as well as mini bar drinks, were always provided. The food in the main restaurant is really good, we liked the variety of it. There is really a plenty of choice. However, I missed the freshly squeezed juices and easily operated coffee machines (those Nespresso machines are way too complicated for a hotel of this size). The beach is nice, appropriate for the small kids as well. The adults only part is gorgeous - and those sun beds are super comfortable and cosy. The bar/restaurant at the beach was really great - a falafel wrap was my favorite. Yummy! We also loved the ice coffee :) We made the reservations for the A la Carte restaurants as soon as we checked in so we didn't have any issue getting a spot. Renting a car in the hotel was easy peasy and the guy was very friendly. I was afraid because of the bed reviews and almost canceled our trip, but I'm so glad I didn't :) We would definable recommend this hotel and would be glad to be back soon.

Wonderful hotel nestled in the forest, perfect for relaxation and peace. Both the interior and exterior spaces are beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged.     It is the nicest hotel in the area by far. It has everything needed for a young family. Location is ideal from old town and airport, and the hotel and grounds are picturesque. The entertainment was absolutely excellent and the food was outstanding for this style of holiday.

    All clean and fresh the whole place smelt amazing all new and modern. Beds were comfortable rooms were amazing swim Up pool we had basically to ourselves. Splash park was good. Always found food we could eat (plain Jane fussy English person) really happy! Also got an amazing cheap deal !
