Quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by hills and orange groves, this retreat is a great place to start a holiday after landing in Athens. The hosts are extraordinarily welcoming and gracious. We were pleasantly surprised when we were gifted home grown oranges, pastries and eggs during our stay. It’s a perfect bnb for anyone planning to stay in the region or fly out or into Athens.

The villa is amazing and huge It does fit 10 people comfortably It has everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped , playstation and other board games is available too The view is amazing and lots of places to set and enjoy the view (inside and outside the house) The Owners are so nice and welcoming Pool is big but we couldn’t use it (cold weather) I highly recommend this villa for small and big families, its clean and well furnished Definitely coming back

It been a few weeks that we are back home and I finally get to write this review. This hotel was a surprise for us. As it was last night before leaving Greece from Athens airport we booked something near airport but by the beach. Didn't expect much from 2* resort. Hotel is outdated but very clean and authentic. It is located in a remote location with nothing nearby. Surrounded by gorgeous views. Room was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean with stunning view, good internet. BUT the most enjoyable part was the restaurant. It works almost all day with short break. The owner of the hotel runs the place and cook for the guests. He comes out and asks what you want to eat. Forget the menu, he will tell you what he has at the kitchen with all the yummy details how he cooks the dish for you and what ingredients he uses. Theodore (the gentleman's name, that means the God's gift. And he was real gift to us) shows as the authentic Greek cousine and was so passionate about what he is doing. Surrounded by beautiful views having great Greek wine (they let you try all before you order), talking to Theodore (he has interesting life. Traveling and sometimes working as a chef in Italy, France,New York ) Was amazing experience. The service is kind of slow (family runs it), but you are in Greece:) and the good thing that I saw locals coming to the kitchen and grabbed the drinks themselves:) The beach was not that nice. We ended up using the rocky entrance on the side, there were stairs to the water. Kids did snorkeling as the water is very clear and warmer . A lot of little fish. (we were traveling in the different islands, so the water was much warmer then on the islands) When we will come back to Greece we would make a point on staying one more night there. It is a perfect place to spend one night or two nights.

    Amazing property in a dreamy location, feeling like you are in a Greek island for a little more than half an hour away from Athens city center! The view is magnificent and swimming in the little pool above the sea is just a unique sense.. The house is very clean and every detail has been taken cared of with lots of good taste! You will find everything you need for a very comfortable and joyfull stay. The owners are just great, so discreet and so helpfull when needed! Looking forward to enjoy one more long weekend here, or even more!!!

    This was our second stay at Periyali. Peaceful location, lounge chairs and outdoor table with sea view, easy walk downhill to a lovely beach, well-furnished kitchen, efficient air-conditioners, friendly host. Excellent restaurants in nearby Lavrio. From here less than a half hour to the airport.

    Good and calm location with amazing view. The territory is closed so good for children to play and run around (and parents to control same). Enough parking slots for a big company. The houses are equipped with all necessary things to enjoy staying. The beach is 100 mtrs away (we did not use it as in beg of May temperature of the water was still cold to swim). Good and fast communication with the host. We would definitely come back here.
