Nowadays is difficult to find unique experiences due to the size/dynamics of tourism. Although the Monk seal boathouse might be pricey for an average family, I still recommend to make the effort and experience this amazing oasis at the end of Klima. I am pretty sure my family, specially my two small kids, will remember this stay. Comfy beds and nice kitchen with all you need.

Perfect location, we stayed 3 nights and it was the ideal choice to start our holidays in Milos. Beautiful view from the balcony, spacious room with nice atmosphere, very clean, modern facilities, good aircon (very silent). The allow you to park next to the restaurant, whch is very convenient. Also super nice host! To sum it up, we would definitely book it again!

Very unique place to stay in Milos! View is breath taking and there’s a balcony where you can relax, have breakfast and so on. Nicely decorated. Host was really friendly and communication was easy. Private parking is provided as well.

Truly a beautiful property, everything was finished to a high standard and we felt super comfortable here. Having a private pool and the courtyard area was a highlight, so lovely to relax there! We had the pleasure of staying at the incredible Nove Milos and we cannot say enough great things about it! From the moment we walked to the property we were blown away by the decor and modern amenities! The room was impeccably clean, comfortable with amazing picturesque views from our balcony! Rahel the hostess was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The location of the property was ideal with easy access to all restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit! The property is brand new, with modern facilities and furniture. The design is beautiful, you have also sea view, even if it is not very close, the beautiful small town of Polonia is a few minutes walking distance, with a car you can be everywhere in 15-20 minutes. To see Milos from the boat, from the sea it is absolutly mandatory. Is the most beautiful place I ever seen. Room is very clean, confortable, with good quality cosmetics, very high standard mattress, bed linen, towels. The owner couldn’t be more attentive. The stuff help us with every info about what can we do on the island. It was a real surprise and a real pleasure to stay at Manesis Suites! This is the place to stay if you visit Milos! Thank you, Manesis team for everithing.

    The location was excellent, the accommodation was basic but adequate. It is expensive but you are paying for the location and the experience of staying in this unique accommodation. In some way you don’t want it to be too plush as that would be missing the point of staying in an old fisherman’s hut. Stay in an upper floor if you can as you get more privacy from the day trippers looking directly in to your accommodation and taking pictures. Not ideal when you are not always that tidy like us!

    The property itself was beautiful. Very Clean and Christina the host was lovely, helpful and friendly. The gifted wine and food items were a beautiful touch as were the homemade Greek treats. The roof top deck area was beautiful. The views from the front door and the deck were stunning. The location was very unique.

    Loved, Loved the location! The boat shed was beautiful & clean & the pantry & fridge were well stocked with complimentary treats. Kate was wonderful to deal with & even ensured we had a spot to park our rental car. She also gave us a map of the island detailing where we could & couldn’t go & highlighted some hidden gems. I would highly recommend staying here.

    Amazing location, sea is right on your doorstep (quite literally) amazing terrace to watch the sunset! Amazing price for what you get! Christina was amazing also, equipt the apartment with snacks and wine! Very clean house and very authentic!

    Loved it so much here. Fantastic location, loved the beachfront and the walk between all the other boat houses was gorgeous. Stunning sunset here too! Bed was comfy, aircon/heat was good, very clean and well equipped. It was fun watching the people go by too! We didn’t see it as a negative.
