Absolutely everything ! Every single detail at the apartment was delicately selected. Owners were super friendly and even made a small cheesecake gift for us. I have been several times in Chios but Louiza Apartments was far beyond the best of all. You should definitely enjoy the sunset and the crystal clear sea.

Monika’s House is an absolute gem! A beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped home nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by mastic trees. It truly felt like a home away from home — everything you might need is there, including a fully stocked fridge and thoughtful touches throughout. We were warmly welcomed with traditional mastic and Greek treats, which made our stay even more special. After long days of exploring, swimming, and soaking up the sun, relaxing on the terrace with the soothing sound of cicadas was pure bliss. Monika was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about must-see spots and tavernas serving the best seafood on the island. The house was luxurious as its name suggests. A 5-star experience. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was like in our own home. 2 air conditioners, a microwave oven, a nice fridge and a magnificent bathroom. The interior design of the house was also given great importance. We could easily meet the needs of our 2-year-old child. We really loved this place.

We had the pleasure of staying at Vila Mastiha in Komi, Chios. The house is walking distance from the beach and in close proximity to cafes and restaurants. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. The location is ideal for beach lovers, with the beautiful Komi beach just a short walk away. It’s also a great base for exploring the south of Chios, with several picturesque villages and attractions nearby (such as the Mastic museum, Armolia, Pyrgi and Mesta). Overall, Vila Mastiha is a gem in Komi. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach holiday or a cozy retreat to explore Chios, this place is perfect.
