The hotel has a great location—not far from Balos Beach and the city. The rooms are spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom and a cosy balcony. It’s situated right by a beautiful, quiet beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. The pool and beach area are both very pleasant. Free parking is available close to the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, it was good value for money as well.

Very spacious with all amenities a house has. There was a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very new modern and clean!

Everything! The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. Quiet area, a short walk from the city center. The staff has been simply amazing. They managed to solve a small issue we had with the safe box (not their fault) in the fastest and most efficient way.

The apartment is nicer than photos. We were on the ground floor and our children have 2 separate beds. Our private terrace was big with garden view. There is also a parking place.The location was perfect , quiet street, near the beach, the center, the restaurants and all the shops and super market. In the same time it was very easy to go to the main road by car. Kissamos is very good point to explore the west side of the island. Everything was super clean, they changed the sheets and towels every 2 days. The kitchen was full equipped. The owners were very kind too. We spent a great time there. Thank you for the hospitality!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host - Kostas was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated the little touches, the advices for places to eat, the beaches, even the town events and that made it feel welcoming! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I stayed in Kissamos just for 1 night for Balos trip. I was greatly surprised that the hotel room I booked at the last moment, was super nice, cosy and spacious, with a nice garden view. It was fully equipped, the kitchen was the best kitchen I have seen these days, with olive oil bottle as compliment from the owner...Super nice guy! There was a fan, an iron, it even had the beach umbrella! I definitely recommend it!

    Beautiful location right in nature, you get to see the real Cretan countryside from here. The Villa is beautiful and private, perfect for couples and the views of the mountains, countryside and sea spectacular. We particularly loved having a drink by our private pool at sunset. It is such a romantic quiet setting. The owner lives nearby and could not have been more friendly and helpful. There are restaurants within a short drive which have fabulous food. We will be returning.
