The staff has very prompt and fast communication and Katerina with Matina is very helpful and it will guide you with anything need it. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, nestled in a serene and picturesque area that truly worth it if you want to watch the sunset. The tavernas of the village have amazing local food, and you're only 15-20 minutes away by car from the heart of Chania.
