I had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The service was not only professional but also warm and personal, which made all the difference. The massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done and the food was delicious, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you goes to Gwgw, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my time here exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is a rare combination of professionalism, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality. The staff (family) was so warm and welcoming and helped us get around, gave instructions for buses and transportation around Santorini. Moreover, the pool facilities are amazing and make the stay even more comfortable. Megalochori is also a beautiful location, the little village is absolutely necessary to see and at walking distance from the hotel.
