We had a wonderful stay, the resort is not only great but its' staff are amazing!! Thanks to the F&b team, especially Niko (he is unique and the best person we met during our stay), Dany, Emanuela and also the GM (Marius). They were always very helpful and smiling all day. We can't forget to mention Adela from the reception, she was so nice to us and we connected very well.

We had a wonderful stay at Castello Boutique Suites! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a fantastic view to enjoy every morning. The suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Ian at the reception, he was amazing, super helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back!

We just got back from our vacation and couldn’t wait to write a review about this amazing place! Only the most pleasant emotions — both from the place itself and the wonderful hotel owner! Our room had a stunning sea view, a private terrace with hammocks, it was clean, beautiful, and had panoramic views of the sea. Huge thanks for the bed, mattress, and pillows — 10/10, we slept like babies! The room had EVERYTHING you might need — from a hairdryer to an iron. It’s an 8-minute walk to the center and the beach, with shops right next to the hotel! There’s also a fantastic spot near the beach and the hotel where you can enjoy a meal with a beautiful view — with a discount from the hotel! (Gyroscopio) An excellent owner who’s ready to help you at any time — check-in and check-out were arranged just for us. We were also welcomed with a lovely surprise — wine and fruit upon arrival! We will definitely be coming back!!! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

Everything worked properly, good air con, spacious clean bathroom. But best of all was the lovely local hostess, who went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We even had conversations with the help of Google Translate. You have use of the pool in the Hotel next door; but we mostly preferred the little port which is an ideal place to swim, jump or dive off into a still bit of sea and site seeing. It was a rare treat to stay in an unpretentious, relaxing place with a good host family: clean bedding and towels were offered more often than we needed. I would have no hesitation in returning and highly recommend Jasmine Suites for people who are put off by the anonymity of big hotels and want to taste a little bit of local culture.

    Location is amazing. Family run business and so warm and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, room service excellent and air conditioning fabulous. Really made our sleep wonderful in 40 degrees heat. The food and drink offering at the hotel was excellent. A great choice of both local and branded drinks. The Koutrakis family are incredibly experienced and welcoming and warm, and at the same time very professional making you feel in good hands the whole stay.

    Highly recommend! Amazing place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Every two days - new towels, bed was properly done and apartment was cleaned. Very calm place, peaceful at night. Perfect location - only 5 min to the beautiful city center and 5 min to the nice beach, 2 min to the supermarket. The host is fantastic! He was also cooking delicious dishes for me. It was the best vacation!

    Lovely welcome from Sofia excellent service Modern clean and good facilities. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Quiet location within 5 minutes walk you will find the harbour shops and restaurants. I recommend it for your stay.

    From the moment we arrived we were surprised by the tranquility and the beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and modernly decorated. With renovated bathrooms. Good location and good facilities. Lovely room very comfortable beds. Very clean creating a pleasant and healthy environment. Good value for money. A 5-minute walk from the port, restaurants and shops. Sophia is always friendly, always smiling, always helpful, a fact that greatly enhanced our stay. I love Crete and now I have a hotel that I will definitely visit again.
