The property and all the facilities were absolutely spotless! The staff were very attentive, the sea was as see through as the sky and the view from our room was stunning. Most importantly, the hotel manager, Roula was incredible. She tended to all our needs with so much care and attention, that we are already planning our next stay at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at very spacious apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtube, a large air-conditioned living room, two balconys - one facing the street and one overlooking the quiet backyard. The accomodation is well equipped - modern futnitures, a stove, microwave oven, toster, iron, iron board, hair dryer, fridge, washing maschine, kitchen utensils, towels, baby bed and more. The internet connection was excellent—very fast and stable the whole time. Despite Sozopoli is a small, peaceful village, it has wide streets and very few crowds—exactly what we were looking for. There are three nice places to eat within walking distance: a pizza and bougatsa restaurant, a charming Greek taverna just 200 meters away, and a fish tavern set on cliffs above the sea with an amazing view—only 500 meters from the apartment. There's also a small supermarket nearby with everything you might need, from beach essentials to local foods, small shop for local agricultural products s.a. olive oil, bee honey and local fruits and vegetables. A playground for kids is just 150 meters away, which was a big plus for our family. Communication with the owner, Konstantinos, was easy and pleasant. He was very responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a relaxing vacation, especially if you're traveling with small children. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, the private terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals in the open air, and the entire property – with its pool, vibrant flowers, and even orange trees – was like a peaceful, therapeutic escape. But beyond all the comfort and beauty, what made this stay truly special was the pure humanity we experienced. On our way to the hotel, we were involved in a car accident — a stressful and difficult start to our trip. That’s when Teo stepped in. With incredible empathy and kindness, he supported us from the very beginning. Throughout our entire stay, he was there for us — always one step ahead, always thoughtful. His help wasn’t just professional; it was filled with genuine care and heartfelt understanding. It was about pure humanity. And full of empathetic behavior. We are truly grateful and will always remember this experience. Highly recommended — not just for the place, but for the people who make it so special. Aside from everything else, one very important detail is that the sea is just a 5-minute walk away and absolutely beautiful.

    The location is excellent, next to a small beach with a sandy shore. There is a tavern across the street and a really nice seafood place if you are willing to drive 5 minutes. The hosts were wonderful: we had a bottle of wine and a huge watermelon waiting for us on arrival! Because we had some trouble with our car they even drove me to a mechanic, thank you so much!

    The location is nice and close to the beach, but the area is quite, the house is spacious and with unique decorations and paintings drawn by the hosts. There was a parking place at the yard and a terrace with nice view.

    I highly recommend this property. Both the yard and the house are very well maintained and provide a friendly space for relaxation and good vibes. The location is very close to the beach, and the host was extremely responsive to all our requests. The neighbors are friendly. We greatly appreciated finding a small gift for our child upon arrival. The toy was well-received and useful at the beach.

    We had a great and relaxing holiday - all in hand,well equiped apartement,very clean and quiet. Location is only 2 min to the beach,fully stacked supermarket and a nice restaurant with fresh food. I also liked the fact that we could drive to visit many placea around- max 30 min. A really nice surprise were the owners that made sure we had cool wine and water when we arrived,tasty salads made by them and even cakes 😀. I would definitly return.
