The hostess was absolutely lovely! Very helpful with local knowledge. Wonderful at organizing ferry tickets, taxis and bus time tables. The rooms were clean, comfortable and in a wonderful quiet area halfway between new and old ports.

Owned and run by a family, this was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Tina and her family are very friendly and welcoming, they make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. Homemade breakfast is very tasty with lots of pastry and desert options as well. The room and other areas are spotless clean. Tina also helped us about places to go not only in Spetses but other islands as well. Great sunset and sunrise views from the balcony.

Excellent staff and facilities. On check out day our Ferry wasn’t until 4pm and the staff let us stay in our room until that time which was very kind of them. Breakfast was amazing with lots of homemade jams and fruits as well as fresh cooked eggs. Definitely recommend this place if you love a chilled out friendly vibe.

    A family run business that pay attention to every detail in a 1886 built mansion. It was very clean, at a very convenient location with large rooms and bathrooms and in general a place to stay which is value for money. Highly recommend it.

    lovely location not far to port hired quad from just down road had a good deal as paid cash 30 euros a day . panos was very welcoming and gave us a really good room for price we had paid . His mum was adorable and so friendly couldn’t do enough for us.She worked very hard !The cleaner too was fabulous and cleaned room daily. swimming pool very clean we appeared to be only guests there it was so peaceful.

    The location was fantastic, only an eight minute walk from the port so ideal when you arrive by boat. We were offered a choice of two rooms when we arrived as both were available. We had a balcony but there’s a shared terrace if you wanted to sit and enjoy the sun. The room was great, spacious and very clean with a good bathroom and fantastic shower. And the host Fotis was lovely and very helpful, he gave us some recommendations of where to eat. I highly recommmed staying here if you are visiting Spetses.
