estate kares is a great place if you really want to cut off from modern world and enjoy the life & relax. As a person who lives in a city center such places have a very special place in my heart. Beautiful views from the room & whole estate, cool swimming pool. There is everything what you need to have a great vacation. Amazing stars at night and view at the city. I was in Heraklion for three nights. It was my first time and everything was excellent. The apartments are wonderful. Very responsive owner. In my opinion, an excellent combination of price and quality. Good location. There is a bus stop nearby. You can get there in any direction - to the beach, to the city center and to the airport. Everything is very close. Nearby there is a wonderful cafe and grocery stores. Not far from this location I found an excellent hookah bar at very good prices. The apartment is clean, has everything you need, good internet and a wonderful bedroom. I really liked the large balcony with stunning views of the city, sea coast and mountains. Thank you very much, I give it a rating of 10/10. I'd love to come back here again.

Excellent and very extensive breakfast; excellent lunch and dinner options. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location, literally on the beach. Bus stop 5min walk from hotel with connection to Heraklion city every 15min. Car rental many options with drop-off and pick-up at the hotel.

Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need. We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

    If you are looking for tranquility in a rural environment, this is your home. Very well equipped and with very kind and generous hosts. And his kittens. Ideal for getting to know the north of the island, close to the capital but in the countryside and just over an hour from the southern beaches. Thanks to Emmanuel and his son, Alexandro for their hospitality. From the first moment of the reservation they have been aware of our needs. And Alexandro is very fast responding! We recommend it without a doubt.

    Good location, easy to find and not too far from the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful, food very good and excellent breakfast. Swimming pool was clean. Villa itself was clean as we're the surrounding gardens. Lovely view. Evening meal was nice and very good value. Georgia our host was great, best part of our stay.

    The house was very nice, with all the facilities that we would hope for and spotless clean! The front yard is an extra bonus, we enjoyed some nice evenings there. The host is very communicative, patient and accommodated all our requests. Thank you once again for making our stay so enjoyable!
