The apartment is newly built and very comortable. Great air con, comfy beds, nice linen and towels. good size bathroom and shower. good self catering facilities. Bins cleaned everyday and linen / towels changed every couple of days. This is the second time we have stayed here and would come back again. Location is good for both ponti and vassiliki as about half way between the two. A little way away from the shops but a supermarket not too far and a great spot for breakfast opposite the super market Accomodation great value for money.

Maria is very friendly, she exceed expectation of my wife, every day cleaning our studios and change towels more that we expected, she cleaning outside area, she is open for conversation during evening, for me this studios was the best one, and really on lefkada i was 8-times, i recomend for everyone to come here. We had such a lovely stay here in Vasiliki! The apartment is right in the centre, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and the local beaches, and even next to the boat that takes you to other beaches. Despite being in the middle of everything, it’s very peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax. We especially enjoyed the little private area outside the flat where we could sit in the evenings with a glass of wine. We booked last minute and were a bit worried the space might be too small for our family of four, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. The apartment is spread over two levels with the bedroom upstairs, which makes it feel really spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The bathroom in particular impressed us: modern, spacious, and brand new, which is not always easy to find. The kitchen is very well equipped with more than we needed, even though we mostly ate out. Our host, Maria, was wonderful, kind, attentive, and thoughtful in every way. This was our third time staying in Vasiliki, and we’ve tried different properties before, but this is easily one of the best. We would highly recommend it and would love to come back.

Our stay at Platanos House in Vasiliki was truly wonderful. The house is cozy, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable vacation. Everything was very clean, with a pleasant interior and comfortable beds. The location is perfect – peaceful and surrounded by greenery, yet close to the village center, beach, and local tavernas. We especially enjoyed the large garden and barbecue area – perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. The host was friendly and always ready to help. An ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday on Lefkada. Highly recommended!

    Everything was great, from the room, to the staff to the location. The building itself is new and the rooms are spotless and beautiful. The staff are very accommodating. Next time I will visit Vasiliki I will book with them again:)

    The location is good. Just beside the best sandy part of the beach. There is a small restaurant with a garden and kids playground as a part of the place. The food is very delicious at affordable prices. The host is very warm and friendly. Great place if you need a quick and cheap stay.
