Found this little gem while looking for a 3 night stay in Skiathos, the location, the pool, the beach and the little boat that takes you into the old port was fantastic plus the restaurant Sorocos on the beach was excellent, The owners of the hotel were lovely, always had time for a chat also 😁

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such beauty every day was truly special. The room was cleaned daily, and everything was always spotless. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

Very clean, modern and close to the port and center/old town- around 5-7 minute walk. The room was nice, shower with adjustable led lights, big comforfable bed, fridge with free waters. Some rooms also had balconies, which is nice. The hotel is in a quiet part, but still close to the center. Reception girl was very helpful with suggesting where to swim, eat and what to do. Communication via Whatsapp is also possible! Very attentive and helpful! 😊

We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"

The property is immaculate and set in a wonderful green area with views of the town and sea. There is a pool. The best asset of this property is the Host Dimitri who is phenomenal. Unbelievably helpful, kind, thoughtful, informative and capable. Any property that he is managing would run like clockwork. Well done.

We really enjoyed our week here. The room was perfect for us, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Our room was exactly as was presented in the pictures, furniture is modern, AC is working very well and a useful small fridge perfect for keeping few drinks cold. The room was spacious enough even if it's not the biggest in this building. Everything was clean and even if it's not a hotel, there is room service - rooms are cleaned daily, bed is arranged, towels are changed and bins are cleared. I've liked the good placement of the electrical outlets (either side of the bed) and on the desk where is also a wireless charger. It's 5 min away from the center of the old town and the port. In the proximity you can find many restaurants and shops. Panos (the host and owner) is super friendly and open to help with anything he can. He made contact with us the day before our arrival and maintained communication with us to be in sync with our taxi from airport to give the access card. He helped us with some useful recommendations for restaurants and beaches and in general was available at any time to respond on whatsapp if we needed something or even in some days he checked on us to see if everything was fine. The town is safe and the area where the building is located but for extra safety this building also has security cameras.

It was lovely the family who own it were extremely nice and service was better then a 5 star hotel the beds were incredibly comfy the bar and pool were amazing the apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean with a bathroom up and down stairs the location was amazing close to everything we are definitely going to stay here again we can’t wait it is the best accommodation in skiathos😁😁

    Considering it is fairly cheap it’s pretty good value. The pools bigger than it looks in the pictures and you can have it to yourself in peak season it’s certainly not busy.

    The lady at reception was lovely and friendly. We loved the location as it's a quiet less touristy beach. The apartment has a hob and fridge so we could cook which was a plus. There was space outside the apartment to eat under an olive tree with a sea view.

    Location was perfect for us, close to the beach, size of the apartment was great for our family. Loved the bedrooms were on a different level from the living area. Staff were fantastic and super attentive. Loved the underpass to the beach, pool was a great size and ideal we had our own. Beds were comfy. Aircon was super efficient.

    Special mention to Kostas, his brother, his nephew and the rest of the team. They make you feel at home. Very heart welcoming team. The hotel has an ideal location if you are looking for relax. Quiet atmosphere and surroundings. We had a room with very nice views to the sea and beds were very comfortable! Good wifi. But let me express again our gratitude to the staff.

    we had an amazing holiday at Golden king villas. The villa was spotless and the location was perfect. we were picked up at the airport which was great and the host was so friendly and helpful. The maids were lovely, always happy and kept everything gleaming and we had fresh towels daily. The beach was easily accessible through the underpass and the water taxi was great to ferry us back and forth to town. The town was amazing with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. we will definitely be back.
