I liked simply everything. It is a little apartment with all the amenities that one needs. Nothing exaggerated, everything works perfectly well, and the location is super: in walking distance to tavernas and places where you can shop. Stavros and Kassandra are lovely, genuine people and give good advice when needed, understanding the needs of their guests. Not to forget the balcony with a splendid view over the sea and the port. Have already booked for next year!

We liked everything, it was perfect! There was water and juice in the fridge and even some vegan products. My boyfriend was so happy with that! We had the room with balcony this year (great view), last year we had the one downstairs (was a bit bigger with separate bedroom) but both were very good. Service was excellent, the room was cleaned every day. Thanks for everything!

What can I say? Perentzada is the jewel of Vathy. By the time we came back from breakfast the rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was all homemade with a wide selection and absolutely delicious. Antonis was on top of everything and constantly attending to the guests needs and always available. The lovely Katerina always at breakfast showing us such hospitality we have not known elsewhere. She is priceless. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a stay in Ithaca. Nothing negative to say. Congratulations to all!

    Location was great and view from our room and balcony amazing. We liked being out of the main strip on the other side of harbour, a little quieter but close enough to walk anywhere in the town. Room was very clean.

    The location is perfect for exploring Ithaka, very close to Vathi and the main road yet away from the noise. It is overlooking a beatiful small beach and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. You won't get tired of it. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. There is enough parking space in the yard. There are even some sunbeds on the beach for the guests of Forkis. We really wished we could stay longer.

    Excellent location on the water front. Recently renovated room was spotless with fresh towels and linen every day. In room fridge a/c and safety box at no extra cost. Lovely breakfast, ample choice and lovely setting eating out on the veranda overlooking the harbour.

    Katerina’s House is spotless, in a great location 2 minutes walk from Vathy harbour. Katerina is an excellent host and her pastries on the first morning are to die for. The property is comfortable with modern furnishings and everything you need for your stay.

    Great location, great communication with the host, clean, comfortable, good facilities, everything worked. Had use of the garage for parking. Great outdoor spaces overlooking the water. Location was 1 street back from the main road, so little noise. Walking distance to town. Lots of restaurant and bar choices. Vathy is a good town to use as a base for exploring.
