This Hostel has been by far one of my favorite stays in the past few weeks. Howard and his wife are super welcoming, helpful and made sure that everyone who visited, had a great stay. The food at the Café is delicious and the staff was wonderful. The garden views are beautiful and I felt safe and comfortable in every moment. The rooms are clean, have everything you need and you can tell, that this hostel is prepared for backpackers or people that want to travel around and get the best experience of Copán Ruinas. The hostel has details that I haven’t seen so far in any other hostel (locks, information panels with lots of detailed information, bed gets made, security concierge etc.) It might not be the cheapest hostel in town, but it for sure is worth the few extra dollars.

The breakfast with a.o. homemade bread was the best breakfast during our 3,5 week travel in Central America. The garden of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made la Casa de Cafe a true oasis in the lovely town of Copan.
