We were so lucky to get an upgrade to Avery beautiful room. Very striking historic hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The personell was helpful and very attentive. Playing the piano in the restaurant was great.

Our flight was delayed and literally stayed here for a couple of hours. The property is very clean, wifi and air conditioning was good. The host was good communicator and was on hand to give keys. Use the lifts on the right of the lobby desk to get to the room quicker.

The apartment is very clean, we like the rain shower head with strong water pressure hot and cold, complete hotel like amenities, complimentary little snacks, water and coffee tea is a nice touch, we really like the area and easy to go down the mall to get anything we need. We stayed in this hotel before and after going for volcano tour. We booked a family room which was really extensive about 70 m2 of the area with a large sitting room and bathroom. The food offered for the breakfast represented so many options from various kitchens that it would be difficult to taste many of them. The panorama view from the restaurant is spectacular. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we were obliged to rearrange our stay. The hotel is well located with access to many eating options and commercial centres.
