The location is close to the park of Selong, where there is a night market. In front of it there was a bakery. The host is friendly, although because of the language we couldn’t communicate well.

If you stay here you will definetely get the whole local experience. You stay with a lovely family, their young son Toni welcomes you with a warm smile and you will sleep in their house. It‘s surrounded by beautiful nature and the have a lot of animals (cows, chickens and five super cute baby cats 🥹). Be aware that the shower is not a „normal“ western shower but that‘s absolutely no problem. All in all i loved everything about my stay with Toni and his family and would 100% recommend it to everyone!

Staff were really friendly and welcoming they made sure I had everything I need for my stay. The owner also gave me opportunities to meet his friends and family and also to teach at a local school which was a great experience. I would highly recommend muni’s bungalows( one in masbagik or lendang belo) for both family and solo travellers. His English was very good which made the stay even more nice, he offered me tea and coffee everytime I saw him, which went well with his delicious breakfast.

We are cycle touring, and this was an excellent en route stop for us. The bungalow is newly built and everything is clean and new. We received a wonderful welcome from all the family. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the fresh papaya which is currently in season and a very tasty omelette. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend.

Our stay here was truly amazing! The family is so sweet, warm and helpful. We felt welcome and at home doing the whole stay. We had lovely tours in the surrounding nature, that is so beautiful and pure. They were very flexible, and we were able to eat breakfast and go on tours whenever it suited us best. The homemade food is very delicious with fruit and greens from the homestay’s many gardens. We had the best evening with bonfire, family and friends playing guitar and singalong. The room was cozy and clean. We highly recommend anyone who comes to Lombok to stay at Dira Bungalows! We definitely want to come back someday. Thank you for everything! The hospitality of this place was from another world! The owner's family were treating us so kindly, they went with us by scooter to the main road, shared local snacks with us, and generally looked after us so well. Some of the staff even took us to a local wedding nearby! The food was also delicious and the environment is very relaxing. The road leading there is a bit bumpy but it's very close to all the waterfalls and other landmarks of Tetebatu. We loved the place and people there, would definitely come again!

We particulary appraciated the hospitality of the owner and his family who was always willing to help and take very good care of our needs !
