It is about 8 miles from a town but there are amenities about 1 mile away. There are 3 rooms to relax in with plenty of seating. Particularly liked the rear room which is glass to 2 sides and looks onto a forest. Dining tables in the kitchen and extension room at the back make great alternatives. The owners made sure we were settled and happy and brought freshly made cakes which were delicious 😋

This house is beautiful and cosy! It has everything you can possibly need for your stay. The hitting works perfectly, the house was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect. The hosts, including the dogs, are fantastic and do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They really go the extra mile to make this an exceptional B&B. The room is a bit on the small side but everything you could need is there. Cleanliness is superb and the huge bed is comfortable. Breakfast was great, not to mention homemade muffins and scones. The bathroom (super clean and spacious) is private to the room but external. The provided robes compensate for this tiny inconvenience.

    The house was really lovely and very comfortable. The atmosphere in the house happy and friendly. Everything was spotless and all possible equipment was provided. The location in the Comeragh Mountains and Nire Valley and easy access to the sea was ideal for all outdoor activities. There are many historic and archaeological sites within very easy driving. We were a family of three generations ranging from 88 years to 6years and we all enjoyed our stay The family who own the house were so kind and friendly to us.
