Recently renovated and refurbished to an absolutely amazing standard. This place is awesome. Decor, facilities, food and especially the staff — all awesome. You won’t find better in the world’s best 5 or 7 star hotels. Special mention for Omar whom we met on arrival and again at breakfast. Only recently started his job this young man just has “it” …. An exceptionally personable and authentic individual without ever being intrusive. And the food - dinner and breakfast - stunningly delicious and beautifully presented without being fussy.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to assist us keep away from other guests as we had just tested positive with covid and did not want to pass it to others (as some other miserable people had obviously done to us). The evening meal and breakfast were excellent and bought up to our room. Thanks very much to all you lovely staff.

The staff are just so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Really good value for money and right beside the sea. The bar food was excellent, delicious!! The rooms were really comfortable and warm. Defiantly be back!!

    The Cosy Cottage was an ideal base to tour Wild Atlantic way on my Motorcycle. I was warmly greeted by host and was very impressed with the property and it's location. The property itself was modern and well equipped and they have thought of everything so was like home away from home. Had secure parking in gated area and secure storage in coded garage. The location was stunning with excellent views. I highly recommend this property and will be definitely booking again for next tour.

    Superb location close to mountains and superb beaches. Short drive to restaurant and pub. House completely spotless, so comfy, great wood burner. Hosts on site, really friendly and responsive. Just wish my stay was longer

    The cottage is very big, well equipped, well insulated and keeps warm in the winter, and there’s a fireplace. It’s perfectly located in the country side, with no other house around and between hills. It’s quiet, and gorgeous location, really ideal for a holiday away from the city. Our stay there was amazing and the hosts were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We really felt pampered. That said, we’re thankful to both for making the stay so awesome, and would absolutely book again!

    Cottage was immaculately clean and as described..cosy. location ideal base for exploring Donegal. Will be even better when outside seating area is complete. We will certainly be recommending to friends and will definitely consider returning if back up that direction.
