Nice and clean room with a big bathroom. You can use the kitchen where coffee and tea is provided. Its absolutely worth for the price! Karl is a perfect host, we stayed just for one night but would book again any time!

This is a true guesthouse, visitors are welcome guests in a private home, and the host is attentive and generous with his hospitality, happy to offer suggestions on visits, restaurants, and other practical information. The parking was ample, the sitting room cosy, especially since the host would be happy to lay out a fire in the marble fireplace. My room was large and my dog was welcome. I highly recommend this place as a base for excursions to most of Ireland due to the flexibility of the host and excellent access to the major motorways.

Great welcome, wonderful accommodation in a peaceful area not far from town, spotlessly clean, super facilities, top bed and sleep, perfect shower, help-yourself breakfast in your own area (upstairs converted loft). Very clean and modern, facilities were excellent. Booked for a relaxing night away, only 10 minute drive into trim town. Ideal for a quiet stay. Anthony and Deirdre were lovely hosts, left out supplies for breakfast.

The Snug at the BH is a recently renovated aparthotel in Ballynadrumny, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar.

Excellent communication and directions so easy to find. Beds and all rooms clean and comfortable. 5 mins to Mullingar town for restaurants yet still very quiet. Excellent opportunity to stretch your legs across the road along the tow path / greenway.
