Very focused, organised, hardworking with a smile on his face. You need anything? He's a call away. The hotel has everything to make you feel at home...away from home and that includes a surveillance camera to keep the property secure and make the guests feel safe. Wonderful room, really clean and big, with a huge beautiful bathroom and quiet surroundings. Super breakfast (freshly prepared and both continental and traditional) and, last but not least, very warm and helpful hosts. We would love to come back, highly recommended!!!

A really exceptional accommodation. Maureen and Ronald were the best hosts we've ever met, friendly and helpful. Our kids loved them and their cute dogs. We couldn't wait to get back from the trips back to Glenvela house. In addition, the rooms were stylish and beautifully decorated. The location was beautiful and quiet. Thank you!

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY! Martina was so lovely & welcoming to us. Even when we arrived late due to a problem that came up, she did not complain. Room was beautiful and super clean, completely spotless. A secure space for parking the car for free. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect! Our reason for choosing this location was the proximity to the Knock Shrine. It was a 5min walk, if that. The breakfast was superb. We were very very pleased with the Irish fry up! We ate breakfast twice for our 2 night stay. I loved the soda bread!! (Declan you have created a monster). Our hosts, Declan and Linda were genuine and so sweet. They couldn't have made our stay any better. Our room was super clean, our beds were comfortable, and the room was warm. If we get another chance to go back to the Shrine or to Galway, we will only consider The Drum Haven B&B.

I got a warm welcome from the owner. The room was a decent size with all you would expect. Lovely clean fluffy towels. Really comfy bed. Breakfast was fantastic. Altogether a top stay.
