The staff were just wonderful. Young, smart, helpful, friendly, charming, engaged, and flexible. I had the feeling that they're trusted to make decisions and find solutions themselves to guests' enquiries, rather than having to refer to someone more senior. I found that really quite uplifting and in stark contrast to many of the larger hotels I stay in. I encountered 4 or 5 different members of front of house staff during my stay and each one was a delight. The room was very comfortable, and clean, with a lovely garden view. Lovely lounge where you can read a book or engage in conversation with some of the other guests. Location couldn't have been better, for this single traveller with early morning and late night meetings and apointments. I'd happily recommend this to anyone needing a central base in Dublin for a few nights.

The photos of this hotel do not do it justice. It's gorgeous and unique. There are small beautiful details everywhere in the room and restaurant. It made the stay feel special. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful--especially the breakfast waitstaff. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe for walking. It's just close enough to attractions and restaurants without being too noisy. There are a few parking spaces.
