The location is perfect. The hotel is on a bend of a street that's right in the middle of several distinct areas of central Dublin. Anywhere you want to go - there's a somewhat straight way to get there. Rooms are nicely done, with enough surfaces to put things on and enough places to sit. Our room was also very quiet, even on a Friday night I enjoyed coming to the coffee/tea stand at the lobby in the mornings. Complimentary water in the fridge is a nice little touch.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. In a nice and quiet location, there is a bus stop right outside but you can be in the city centre within a 30 min walk. Staff were exceptional.

location,size, staff. all fabulous. we where attending a concert in the 3arena, €15 for taxi from here. personally we didn’t have the breakfast but the friends we went with did go for breakfast and said it was great. choice of hot food from the menu. lots of hot water, I had a bath followed by my husband taking a shower, no issues. free toiletries always a nice bonus

I did not have the breakfast but I enjoyed the free scones and biscuits left in my room daily. The location was ideal for easy transport and within walking distance to Grafton street, eating places and other attractions. The room was nicely decorated, clean and had a lovely view of the gardens. I looked forward to returning at the end of the day.

Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. Location is perfect with Grafton Street within walking distance as well as the Aviva Stadium. The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. The minibar was free and a wonderful surprise. Chocolate on your pillow at night which was a lovely touch. Staff were outstanding. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.
