The place is beautiful, by the sea, with a lovely external area for warm days. Breakfast in the conservatory is excellent, both for the food and the view. Phil is an amazing cook! Joe is helpful and kind and together with their daughter they make wonderful hosts! The room has a window with view on the bay and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Kathleen and John do a fantastic job. Very clean and they are so friendly. Love the milk in the fridge for cups of tea. Also lots of choice for breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone. Close to a beach for those who are brave enough to swim in the sea.

We absolutely loved our stay at Greystones, and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for a family of 5. the kids loved the play area and the fact that the sheep and lambs were in the field right next to the house. We had paid a bit extra to use the hot tub which was well worth it. The location is quiet and peaceful but very easy to drive to local towns and beaches. We had amazing weather and especially loved the beach at Warren Strand. We would love to return if we are ever planning a trip to west cork again.

    Fabulous guest house in a beautiful location. The host Adela couldn’t have been more helpful. Did breakfast early for me so I could get to work and she made me a packed lunch which was much appreciated. The house was spotless and the room was so cosy. Very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely local ingredients. The view from the bedroom was out of this world. I can’t wait to go back.

    The location and views are amazing whatever the weather. Ideal area to explore this beautiful part of Ireland. The lovely owners .. a bonus. .. were so helpful after finding puncture on my rental car !!! The accommodation was spotless and I’m v v fussy!! The bed was extremely comfortable. Just wished I could have stayed a while longer !! Highly recommend and will certainly return !!!

    Amazing stay in this beautiful B&B. Very friendly and helpful hosts and the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel or B&B. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous location with views on the water from every angle. Would definitely recommend staying there if you are visiting the area. But, don't forget the cash to pay for the reservation. The local ATM charges a 14% fee!
