Location, sea view, super clean. Samuel was very helpful and met us with the keys. Useful recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Booked the apartment last minute for one night stay as well placed for Cork airport, Cobh is such a beautiful place wished we could have stayed for longer.

Fabulous gem in Cobh. We rented the whole guesthouse (for 8 people in 6 rooms) for the price of a couple of rooms in a hotel. Walking distance from the town centre and lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. We'll be back!

Great location - on the sea promenade in Cobh, it is a historic hotel, part of word heritage, and it felt grand, though it had good value for money for such a grand hotel. We had huge windows overlooking the river, and it was near everything- - Titanic museum, heritage centre, train station. It seemed to be the heart of social life of Cobh as well.     The location was excellent, short drive to the local supermarket and the pub and beach were both walkable in under 25 minutes. It was a little quiet whilst we were there so we never had a chance to see the communal areas in operation which was a real shame. We were offered vegetables and eggs fresh from the on site small holding, this was very much appreciated. The wagon was great fun although there is a need for flexibility and dexterity especially for getting into bed
