key was in a box outside...freda sent me the code..arrived and went straight to my room..i was in a room with a mini kitchen with fridge..fresh fruit and brown bread and jam and cereal was in the room..a croissant was left on the door handel at 8.30am..this is an old house and thats the charm of the place. it has modern comforts... great experience

A fabulous property in every way. The view was just iconic and stunning, we never tired of it. The property itself was very clean, homely, cosy and the ambience was delightful. An outstanding cottage which we did not want to leave. We brought our little dog with us and he loved it too and he was in his element at the beach just a short walk away. We would highly recommend Periwinkle Cottage and a very big thank you to Peter (the owner) for his lovely welcome and advice. Thanks and appreciation too, to Tracey, who keeps the cottage pristine and spick and span. A very special and unique experience which we were very lucky and appreciative to achieve.

The apartment was spacious and bright, nice little balcony with seats to take in the view, the bed rooms were very comfortable. The view was fab and the decor was very cute! Nice pub directly across the road and very close to the beach and the Spar.

    My partner and I had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed our time there. John and Mary are both very warm and welcoming people, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast is a must try, with a great selection to choose from. The house is spotless, and the location is ideal. Will definitely visit again.
