The hotel looked very good on the web site and to my pleasant surprise and unlike in many other cases, really matched the expectations. The hotel is located in a small village overlooking the amazing views of the dead sea, the Judea desert and the city of Jericho. The rooms are spacious , elegantly decorated , very well equipped and comfortable , especially the beds The weather was very hot (middle of august at the dead sea valley, but the air conditioning was excellent in all the rooms . At night though , it is cooler ,and you can relax at the 'chill out" rooftop of the hotel where you can have cold beer or wine and enjoy the breeze , the quietness of the desert and it's starry sky. One of the best things was the warm and caring hospitality of the hosts -VERED and her family whom always tried to anticipate our needs and were very eager to give precious information and tips with regards to travelling at the area. Try to get her husband to get you on a tour at the area. Not sure about the price but he was amazing and very knowledgeable and . can take you to all the special and secret jams of the area. Last but not list to mention is the family's restaurant called THE CHANCE- a very good and affordable kosher dinner that is situated close to the LIDO junction and serves a delicious home -made food. ALL TOGETHER A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE , THAT GIVES YOU A VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!

The host was very responsive and flexible. It made our stay easy and relaxed. It was just build so the air condition, bed etc.. are all new. There are sitting areas outside which is nice too.

From the start when we were sent a video of how to find the property to all the little details such as shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee and even a selection of soft and hard pillows this flat was perfect. Well kitted kitchen and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. They were extremely helpful and welcoming. We will be booking them again for February😃

Just start walking in any direction you like and you‘ll always find something interesting. Everyone in the the hotel was super nice and helpful and made you feel welcome from the very beginning. No other place could be better than Saladin Boutique Hotel in old Jerusalem. If you happen to have a room with a balcony it’s even better. Then you can watch the lively street below you. We highly recommend this place. We specially liked to go to the roof to enjoy the view of the Dom of the Rock at various times of the day.

The tents were very comfortable. The bathrooms, toilets and kitchen are very clean and tidy. The shampoo, soap and conditioner smell extremly good! Bed linnens and towels good. Breakfast has a lot of variety, good and fresh food. Staff very friendly and heplful. You have direct access to the dead sea. The pool is open 24/7, ver big plus. Highly recommend the place.

Staying at the Hospice is a privilege. It’s the best location in the Old City, the premises are wonderful with good clean rooms and a nice coffee house and the best roof top in all of Jerusalem. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is the place to be.

The location is absolutely perfect! 🍀 Both brothers working at the reception were absolutely great: very helpful in every aspect. Terrace decks and sitting areas were great for relaxing and observing the city! 🤩 Old stone walls inside are so wonderful: one gets a feeling of staying inside a museum.

The staff could not have been more kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Their warmth and care and kindness made this one of the best stays I've ever had in Israel. The location just near Jaffa Gate is fabulous for accessing transport, tours and the sights and sounds of the Old City. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable whilst the building still maintained its unique history and Middle Eastern aesthetic. A fantastic place to stay when visiting the Old City of Jerusalem.
