The hotel looked very good on the web site and to my pleasant surprise and unlike in many other cases, really matched the expectations. The hotel is located in a small village overlooking the amazing views of the dead sea, the Judea desert and the city of Jericho. The rooms are spacious , elegantly decorated , very well equipped and comfortable , especially the beds The weather was very hot (middle of august at the dead sea valley, but the air conditioning was excellent in all the rooms . At night though , it is cooler ,and you can relax at the 'chill out" rooftop of the hotel where you can have cold beer or wine and enjoy the breeze , the quietness of the desert and it's starry sky. One of the best things was the warm and caring hospitality of the hosts -VERED and her family whom always tried to anticipate our needs and were very eager to give precious information and tips with regards to travelling at the area. Try to get her husband to get you on a tour at the area. Not sure about the price but he was amazing and very knowledgeable and . can take you to all the special and secret jams of the area. Last but not list to mention is the family's restaurant called THE CHANCE- a very good and affordable kosher dinner that is situated close to the LIDO junction and serves a delicious home -made food. ALL TOGETHER A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE , THAT GIVES YOU A VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!

This was truly a great experience . I recommend this Glamp to anyone. It's right on the beach front. Very very clean. Staff takes care about it very well. Tents are spacy and clean. Each has own AC. The breakfast was great. Full of local vegetables and souces. No meat but we didn't mind that. After 5pm all beach guests left and we enjoyed location all by ourself. Go for it .. Kids loved it. There is a small relaxing pool with hot water. It was a great night.

The host was very responsive and flexible. It made our stay easy and relaxed. It was just build so the air condition, bed etc.. are all new. There are sitting areas outside which is nice too.

Just start walking in any direction you like and you‘ll always find something interesting. Everyone in the the hotel was super nice and helpful and made you feel welcome from the very beginning. No other place could be better than Saladin Boutique Hotel in old Jerusalem. If you happen to have a room with a balcony it’s even better. Then you can watch the lively street below you. We highly recommend this place. We specially liked to go to the roof to enjoy the view of the Dom of the Rock at various times of the day.

The hosts are very nice people! They also served us breakfast at our second day even though it wasn’t included!!.. the location is near to Aqsa mosque . Very nice people to deal with!! Going to come back every now and then . Highly recommended!!

William's Guest House is a home away from home in the old city of Jerusalem. Located close to the Ethiopian Church, right within the cobbled alleyways which mark the historic city, the accommodation combines modern facilities with an old world environment which is only to be understood by experience. The house itself is old style, stone walls, wrought iron rails, old pictures and wooden furniture which breathes another world. The room was clean, comfortable, modern. The kitchen is open access with 24 hour tea and coffee. Breakfast stuff is in the fridge and you make it yourself per convenience. On an early day, we packed our own breakfast, on another day we left early then returned for a late breakfast- very convenient. You can warm up your own meal or make eggs if you wish. Lovely shops, cafes and eateries around. We arrived from Tel Aviv Airport by public transport. Took the train into Jerusalem central bus station, then line 1 to Damascus Gate stop. Short walk from there. We did not have much luggage, so this was very doable. Check in was smooth. We called William on the doorbell, were allowed into the courtyard. He arrived promptly to hand over keys and explain arrangements. On day out, we simply left keys in the house. He was contactable when needed but we had our own privacy in the space. Everything is walkable in the old city. A Jerusalem experience is incomplete without staying in here. William's guesthouse is a perfect option.

I loved all the amenities provided. From the laundry to hair dryer, additional pillows, blankets and towels. The electric stove was also wonderful. Wifi access had no problems. A fan and AC unit was also more than necessary but increased comfort all the more! The hosts also shared one meal with me which was very kind!
