Jason was the best host I got through our travel. He helped with everything. Starting from picking up from Darjeeling to Rimbick which is a long drive and he made the trip memorable the whole way. The Homestay is on a really beautiful outskirt area where we could get a peaceful and relaxing time. We were welcomed at the property with a lovely Darjeeling oolong tea. The whole family was very sweet. We also had a little tour to rare places in Rimbick. We will be coming back again in the near future.

The property is a good location - it is not right in the center of town which makes it a little quieter but it’s still a very quick walk into town. The view from the balcony is beautiful! We had a lot of cloud when visiting so we couldn’t see the mountains but just the view of town was great. The room has cozy blankets, tea/coffee station and an ensuite. It was very clean and no smell from the sewage (which I have found rare in India). Good hot water shower! The room itself is a bit cool but not an issue when your under the covers (and this may be less of an issue in the winter when heat is probably on). Beds are on the stiffer side, but not uncomfortable. I think the biggest selling part is the family that runs this. They are so lovely and helpful! They recommend places to visit and helped us book a taxi back to town. Not to mention they served a great breakfast and momos! We didn’t know what a home stay would be like so we were a bit hesitant, but this stay was great! We would recommend.

It's a really beautiful home, really cosy, clean, comfortable with a family feel, (and cute dogs). It's a relaxing place to stay away from the centre of Darjeeling which is busier and more hectic. Everyone played uno and jenga in the evenings and the food was also great.

I stayed at Grand Casa for a day and honestly the stay was brilliant. If you’re looking for some peace and isolation, this is the place. The only thing is it’s a bit away from Mall Road, but trust me it’s totally worth it. They serve proper homely food and it was super tasty. I was lucky the weather was clear and I got the full view of Kanchenjunga right from the balcony. The room was also really spacious. Definitely a memorable stay.

Totally Worth It!!! I recently stayed here for a day, the place has amazing views of Kanchenjunga to offer apart for cozy rooms which are neat and clean. Its a nicely maintained place and also has kitchen cum bar Cafe to hang around with friends. There are few pets like Kanchi ( grandma cat ) and Dora ( dog doesn't bite) you can play around, Have fun. The place is peaceful, calm and gives a village vibes like your in a remote place. One needs to walk or take private vehicle from pelling to visit this place but its worth the hustle. The host was very friendly and helpful, cooks tasty Momos/food from local homegrown veggies.

The view was amazing. The stay was comfortable and the home clean. Many homestays didn't have parking facility as it is really hard to find any stays with parking but this homestay had and left us enjoying the scenery throughout our stay. Really grateful for the host, they were really friendly.

The place is cozy and comfortable. Inn location is great, near to zoo- HMI- Museum, Mall Road. The owner and staffs are very kind and helpful. They made sure that the stay is comfortable, even arranged cab facilities for pick and drop and sightseeing with reasonable pricing. Great coordination from end to end!
