The location, the rooms and the view are amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and they are very friendly. Dogs are allowed and we felt amazing during our 2 nights. Breakfast is great, coffee is amazing and getting a drink while facing the mountains is a dream. Also, the location is close to Secenda trail.

We had a wonderful ski week at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff was amazing—friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed delicious dinners with a great selection and a fresh salad buffet, as well as tasty breakfasts to start the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was ideal, just a short walk to the ski lifts. A lovely surprise awaited us on arrival with Prosecco, and we also got to enjoy a special event with Glühwein and snacks in front of the hotel—such a nice touch! An amazing stay—highly recommended! ⛷️✨

The hotel staff were fantastic. Made us feel very welcome and extremely special on our honeymoon. Although we only stayed one night because of our itinerary, we wish we had stayed longer.

    The location as it was close to the hikes I wanted to take. The alternative was Cortina d'Ampozzo for much more money. The location is under new mgmt who also own a 4 star hotel. They need to some for maintenance but they have empowered the staff to make decisions as if they were the owners. It works!!!! The two ladies running the front desk and food service were amazing and went out of their way to ensure you were happy. They are empowered to make decisions which shows the owners trust them.
