Perfect location. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and the address was easy to find. It was also convenient location as it was rarely more than a 10 minute walk to where we were going. Spacious, clean 2 bedroom that was great for relaxing when we wanted to take a break from the crowds and the heat. Bonus points for having good air conditioning.

Fabio is a wonderful host, and the rooms made-up by his wife are so nicely done, cozy, tasty and in-style ... just gorgeous. Any amenities available for having tea in the morning on the roof-top terrace, incl. tasty hand-made cookies. And on top of all that we got a bottle of very nice Tuscany wine as a welcome and a nice little gift for good-bye. So what to say ... we had an incredible stay and wished we would have stayed longer.

A beautiful palazzo. The best place to stay in Arezzo. One of the highlight in Tuscany. We also had a very warm welcome from Riccardo. He was trying everything to get tickets for the Giostra del Saracino. Hospitality that not cannot be surpassed. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay in this beautiful hotel. We highly recommend!

Our host, Fabio was very friendly and incredibly helpful in every way. He made our stay so easy by providing parking, as well as meeting us so we knew where to park. We would come back every time. Despite the hotel being beautiful for itself and the landscape as well - the lovely staff is taking care of everything. Very good starting point as well to discover the most spots in tuscany. If you want peace and a relaxed stay this is your choice.
